JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore to consider and dispose of the bail petitions of the petitioners, on their surrender in connection with Crime No.174 of 2008 on the file of the respondent, on the same day.

(2.) HEARD both sides.

(3.) HAVING regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court direct the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned within 15 days and file necessary applications for bail. The Court concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits on the same day of surrender. The petition is ordered accordingly.
