JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr.S.Kumarasamy, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.V.Kalyanaraman, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

(2.) THIS contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent, namely, The Management of Islamiah College, represented by its Secretary and Correspondent for committing contempt of Courts for disobeying the orders and directions issued by this Hon'ble Court in W.M.P.No.10166 of 1995 in W.P.No.4157 of 1995, dated 26.11.1996.

(3.) IN such circumstances, no further orders are required in this petition. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
