JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE learned counsel for the petitioner would pray for issuing direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.4.2008.

(2.) UNDER these circumstances, the following direction is passed. 'The respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.4.2008 and pass orders within 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.'
