JUDGEMENT

(1.) THESE appeals challenge the order of learned Single Judge, dismissing the applications made by the appellant herein for appointment of Advocate Commissioner and for passing of final decree.

(2.) THE Court heard the learned counsel for the appellant and also the learned counsel for the respondents.

(3.) THE only question that would arise for consideration before this Court is whether the application seeking for passing final decree was maintainable.
