JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2007, from the file of the Subordinate Court, Periyakulam to the file of the learned Family Court, Madurai.

(3.) THE grievance of the petitioner/wife as stood exposited from the records would run thus:
