(2.) THIS petition is filed by the paternal grand mother seeking for direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to produce her grand daughter,the minor detenue by name the detenue by name minor Benita Clio, D/o.Arul Arputham, female, aged 12 years before this court and set her at liberty.

(3.) PURSUANT to the directions of this court, today, the detenue girl is produced before this court.
