JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard both parties.

(2.) Both the writ petitions are filed by the same petitioner who challenged different proceedings of the Special Tribunal For Cooperative cases, the third respondent herein.

(3.) In W. P. No. 3617 of 1986, the petitioner has prayed for issue of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the judgment dated 27-9-1985 passed by the Special Tribunal for Co-operative Cases (District Judge), Madras, made in C.M.A. No. 81 of 1984 confirming the order of the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies Guddalore dated 28-7-1982 and made in A. R. C. 5217/80/81 and quash the order therein dated 27-9-85.
