JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard both sides.

(2.) At the outset, this court points out that Ms. Jeenath Banu, Third Respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Villupuram, is present, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.06.2017 and 17.07.2017 respectively. Her presence is recorded and also her presence in the near future, is dispensed with.

(3.) The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for passing of an order by this Court in calling for the records of the Third Respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Villupuram in Proceedings bearing in Na.Ka.No.A5/1098/2014 dated 25.08.2014 and to quash the same. Further, the Petitioner had prayed for issuance of direction to the Respondents to issue Community Certificate to her as Hindu Kattu Nayakkan [r] Community.
