JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer in the present petition is to call for the records of FIR registered in Crime No.529 of 2017, dated 29.09.2017 pending on the file of the first respondent.

(2.) The brief facts of the case are as follows :-

(3.) The Petitioner, along with 16 others, have been implicated in Crime No.529 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent herein for the offences under Section 143, 120B, 124A,153, 500, 504 and 506(ii) of IPC. According to the petitioner, he was arrayed as 15th accused in the said crime.
