(1.) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 18.10.2016, passed in E.A.No.156 of 2013 in E.A.No.228 of 2012 in E.P.No.51 of 2009, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Uthamapalayam, Theni District.
