JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in this Second Appeal is made to the Judgment and Decree dated 03.04.2000 passed in A.S.No. 105 of 1999, on the file of the Principal District Court, Dharmapuri at Krishnagiri, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 06.09.1999 passed in O.S.No. 309 of 1996, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Hosur.
