JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal has been filed by the Insurance Company, challenging the liability as well as the quantum of compensation awarded by the Tribunal to the claimants.

(2.) Originally, the father, mother and brothers filed a claim petition for compensation as legal heirs of the deceased Eswaran.

(3.) The deceased, Eswaran, aged 20 years, employed as a Cleaner, under the sixth respondent herein, the owner of the vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN41F 7774, earning a sum of Rs.5,000.00= p.m.
