JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in this second appeal is made by the defendants 1 & 2 against the decree and judgment dated 27.10.2009 made in A.S.No.552 of 2008 on the file of the VII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, reversing the Decree and Judgment dated 23.11.2007 made in O.S.No.6229 of 2004 on the file of the VIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.
