JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.58/2014 A2, dated 7.11.2017 passed by the Respondent and to quash the same as illegal.

(2.) Heard both sides. No counter is filed on behalf of the respondents.

(3.) By consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
