JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Civil Miscellaneous Appeals have been filed against the award made in I.A.No.688 of 2011 in M.C.O.P. No. 157 of 2010 dated 28.02.2012 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-Additional District Judge (Fast Tract Court No. II), Thoothukudi and set aside the same.

(2.) Since the issues are inter-related to each other, both the appeals are taken up together and decided by a common judgment.

(3.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per the rank mentioned before the Court below.
