JUDGEMENT

(1.) The defeated defendant is the appellant herein.

(2.) The plaintiff filed the suit, in O.S. No.218 of 2002, before the learned Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam, seeking the relief of permanent injunction.

(3.) After contest, the learned Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam, by Judgment and Decree, dated 21.07.2004, dismissed the suit.
