JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision petition is filed praying to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 11.08.2015 made in I.A.No.313 of 2015 in O.S.No.43 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

(3.) This revision petition is directed against the dismissal of the application filed by the plaintiffs to amend the plaint under Order 6, Rule 17 of C.P.C.
