JUDGEMENT

(1.) The unsuccessful plaintiff, in O.S.No. 12 of 2009, on the file of the Additional District Judge, Puducherry, is the appellant herein.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to, as per their ranking before the trial Court.

(3.) The plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No. 12 of 2009, before the learned Additional District Judge, Puducherry, for partition of 1/sth share in the suit properties and for mesne profits with cots.
