JUDGEMENT

(1.) The unsuccessful plaintiff is the appellant herein.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per the ranking before the Trial Court.

(3.) The plaintiff filed the suit, in O.S.No. 80 of 1984, before the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukottai, for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction.
