JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal suit was preferred by the defendant in the suit in O.S.No.336 of 1989 on the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai. Since the appellant died, during the pendency of this appeal, the appellants 2 to 9 were brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased first appellant.

(2.) The respondent herein filed a suit in O.S.No.336 of 1989 for specific performance of agreement of sale dated 19.02.1989 and for consequential relief.
