This second appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 16.08.1999 passed in A.S.No.27 of 1999 and cross appeal on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai, confirming the judgment and decree dated 28.01.1999 passed in O.S.No.184/90, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sirkali.
