JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 12.07.2001 passed in A.S.No.99/1998 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kallakurichi, reversing the judgment and decree dated 13.07.1998 passed in O.S.N.835/1990 on the file of the First Additional District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi.
