JUDGEMENT

(1.) The unsuccessful plaintiffs are the appellants herein.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per the ranking before the Trial Court.

(3.) The plaintiffs filed the suit, in O.S. No.39 of 1999, before the learned District Munsif, Kovilpatti, for the relief of declaration and injunction.
