JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition is filed praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to include the petitioner's name and the route Cuddalore to Tindivanam (via) Pondicherry in the forth-coming interstate agreement between the State of Pondicherry , and the state of Tamilnadu .

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 4 and the learned government Pleader, Pondicherry , for the respondents 2 and 3.

(3.) CONSEQUENTLY, the writ petition is closed. No costs. .
