JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is focussed as against the Judgement and Decree dated 24.07.2006 made in MCOP. No.224 of 2002 by the learned Motor Accidents Claims tribunal cum the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai.

(2.) Heard both sides.

(3.)
