(1.) THE learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected W. P. M. P (MD)No. 11709 of 2005 is also dismissed.
