JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS civil revision petition has been filed against the order, dated 5.9.2006, made in I.A.No.1983 of 2005 in O.S.No.234 0f 2002, by the Principal District Munsif Court, Valliyoor.

(2.) THE plaintiff is the revision petitioner before this Court.

(3.) THE suit in O.S.No.234 of 2002 was filed by the plaintiff/petitioner herein for declaration, possession,mandatory injunction.
