JUDGEMENT

(1.) THESE appeals are against the common judgment dated 28. 11. 1995 in O. S. No. 230 of 1990, O. S. No. 682 of 1992 and O. S. No. 74 of 1993 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee in and by which the learned Sub Judge after analysing the evidence in depth decreed all the suits as prayed for.

(2.) AGGRIEVED by the order, the present appeals have been filed by the first defendant in O. S. No. 230 of 1990 and O. S. No. 682 of 1992 and defendant in O. S. No. 74 of 1993.

(3.) FOR convenience, the parties are referred as arrayed in the suit in O. S. No. 230 of 90.
