JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is focussed as against the Judgement and Decree passed dated 04.01.2007 passed in MCOP. No.2771 of 2002 by the learned Motor Accidents Claims tribunal cum the First Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and there is no representation on behalf of the respondents, despite service of notice.

(3.)
