JUDGEMENT

(1.) CIVIL Revision Petition is directed against the fair and decreetal order dated 24. 07. 2007 made in I. A. No. 44 of 2007 in G. W. O. P. No. 4 of 2007 on the file of Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram.

(2.) THE petition has been filed by the petitioner, the father of the minors mohammed Mydeen (4 years) and Unnamed son (1-1/2 years) praying for an interim order to meet his children till the disposal of the original G. W. O. P.

(3.) THE learned Principal District Judge heard the petition and dismissed the same.
