(1.) THIS Civil Revision Petition has been focussed against the Fair and Final order dated 19. 08. 2005 passed in I. A. No. 347 of 2004 in O. S. No. 101 of 2003, on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranoor.

(3.) THE challenge in this civil revision petition is as against the fair and decreetal order dated 19. 08. 2005 passed by the learned District Munsif cum judicial Magistrate, Keeranoor, in ordering the Advocate Commissioner to measure the suit property with reference to the revenue records.
