JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above criminal original petition. Accordingly permission is granted. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle today to that effect.

(2.) RECORDING the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn and no liberty is given to the petitioner to file a petition on the same cause of action. Consequently the connected MP is closed.
