JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14/1/2026 for the offences punishable under Ss. 8(c ) r/w 20(b) (ii)(A), 29(1) of NDPS Act and Sec. 77 of Juvenile Justice Act, in Crime No.37 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

(2.) The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 60 grams of Ganja for the purpose of selling the same to the school and college students. Hence, the complaint.

(3.) The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions which may be imposed by this Court and he is in judicial custody from 14/1/2026. Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioner.
