JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land comprised in Survey Nos. 80/9C and 80/10B in Pulikurichi Village, Tiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, based on the Application No.2025/0123/26/012575 dtd. 23/12/2025, within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

(2.) By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

(3.) Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is hereby dispensed with.
