JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dtd. 8/11/2018 and 11/11/2022 and issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner's father name land in Survey No.6/12 to an extend of 43 cents in Simon Colony Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanayakumari District.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The petitioner submitted a representation dtd. 11/11/2022 to the respondents seeking issuance of separate patta in favour of the petitioner's father in respect of the properties referred to above. However, no action has been taken on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
