JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since the issues involved in all these writ petitions are identical, all these writ petitions are taken up together and they are disposed of by this Common Order.

(2.) The only prayer, sought for in all these writ petitions, is to issue writs of mandamus directing the District Collector to issue necessary proceedings in favour of the petitioners to quarry Savadu in Public Works Department Tank, mentioned in the prayer of the writ petitions, pursuant to the petitioners' applications within a stipulated time.
