These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Sec. 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to call for records relating to Calendar Case Nos. 46 of 2013, 18 of 2012 and 3 of 2012 pending on the file of XIV Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai and IX Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai and quash the same.
