JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner challenges the order of punishment imposed by the Management.

(2.) During the currency of the proceedings, the parties have settled the matter. The petitioner and the third respondent entered into a compromise and to that effect, they have also filed a memo of compromise dated 21 March, 2016.
