JUDGEMENT

Even though this Criminal Appeal has been posted today either for disposal on merits or for dismissal, there is no representation on the side of the appellant/second accused and therefore this Criminal Appeal is dismissed for default. The Trial Court is directed to take appropriate steps to imprison the appellant/second accused in prison.
