JUDGEMENT

(1.) The legal representatives of the plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.533 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur, are the appellants in the above Second Appeal.

(2.) The suit in O.S.No.533 of 2004 was filed for bare injunction restraining the the defendants 1 and 2 from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property by the plaintiff.
