JUDGEMENT

(1.) The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and protection for Adal Padal program perform in "Madhu Eduppu Thiruvizha" scheduled to be held on 12.06.2016 at 8.00 p.m. to 11.30 p.m. at Arulmigu Sri Mariamman Thirukovil at Tholuvankadu Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

(2.) Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
