JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenging the fair and final order passed in E.A.No.7 of 2014 in E.P.No.69 of 2013 in O.S.No.222 of 2004 on the file of II Additional District Court, Poonamallee, the judgment debtors have filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

(2.) The plaintiff filed the suit in in O.S.No.222 of 2004 for specific performance.

(3.) After contest, the suit was decreed by the Trial Court on 21.08.2007.
