JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the Notification issued by the 4th respondent, which was published in the daily Thinathanthi on 20.12.2010, whereby the 4th respondent called for applications for appointment of retail outlet dealers in Soundapur, Mevani and Koogalur Hamlets in Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District.
