JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 30.10.2006 given by the petitioner and investigate the same according to law expeditiously.

(2.) THE learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that already civil litigation is pending between the parties and an enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent police and closed the case as 'Civil in nature'.
