JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner by name R. Kumari, has filed this petition, seeking direction to the respondents for production of her minor daughter Rajalakshmi , aged about 17 years.

(2.) PURSUANT to our direction, the detenue Rajalakshmi appeared before us. According to her, her date of birth is 24. 03. 1989, i. e. , 17 years and as on date she is a minor. Though she has some grievance against her mother, petitioner herein, after enquiring the detenue as well as the petitioner, we are of the view that there is no serious allegation against her.
