JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the detenu by name M. Saibooshan, was arrested on 18. 02. 2006 in connection with crime No. 24 of 2006 on the file of Central Crime Branch (CCB), St. Thomas mount for an offence under Sections 419, 466, 468, 471, 420 read with 511 IPC and produced before the learned Judicial Magistratei, Poonamallee, Chennai and the said Magistrate remanded him to judicial custody for 15 days and at present the detenu is confined at Central Prison, Chennai. In the light of the above information, no further adjudication is required in this petition; accordingly, the same is closed.
