JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner herein challenges the impugned order of detention, dated 14. 12. 2005, detaining her husband, by name, Anwar Ali under the provisions of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974.
