JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the detenu by name Ganesan, son of Subramaniam was arrested by the second respondent at Nagercoil in Crime No. 122 of 2006 under Sections 420, 451, 392 read with 395 read with 170 read with 120 (b) and 109 I. P. C. on 07. 04. 2006; produced before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai; remanded to judicial custody on 08. 04. 2006 and now he is confined at Central Prison, Chennai. In view of the above statement, this petition becomes infructuous and the same is dismissed.
