JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner by name R. Champalal has filed this petition seeking direction to respondents 1 to 5 for production of her daughter C. Hemalatha before this Court.

(2.) Heard both sides.

(3.) Pursuant to our instruction, the detenue C. Hemalatha appeared before us. According to her, she is a major and her date of birth being 25.05.1998. She also informed us that on 28.11.2005 she married the third respondent . Though she is not having proof for the same, such as registration certificate etc., in respect of her claim that she married the third respondent, she asserted that from that date onwards, both of them are living together at Bangalore. She has also informed us that she is happy with the third respondent and she wants to continue her life with the third respondent only. She is not willing to go with her father, who is also present in the Court. The fourth respondent, the father of the third respondent is also present.
