JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED Government Advocate informs this Court that, by Government order in G. O. Ms. No. 23, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (E1) Department dated 16. 02. 2006, the detention order passed against the detenu by name Rangasamy has been revoked. He has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Accordingly, no adjudication is required in this matter. Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
